I understand that I must complete all portions of this form and respond to the email I receive once this form is submitted. I understand that Gilded Iris Designs will reach out to ask for details about the cover design. Once this form is submitted, I have 3 days to reply to that email, which may be in my spam folder. Within a week of my replying, I will receive a rough draft of the cover. I am allowed once to make suggestions to tweak the design. Once I approve the final design and clarify a mailing address for the recipient, the link to the journal will be emailed to me so I can order as many copies as I like. I understand that shipping is usually slow and it may take 25 days for my order to be fulfilled. Some orders may go faster than this.
